        My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. Gary comes across as a very nice guy at first, and I genuinely WANTED to like him. Unfortunately, being a nice guy doesn't mean you're good at what you do. My policy ended up cancelled two years in a row due to negligence by Gary and his company, causing me a ridiculous amount of headache on something that should be a straightforward and simple transaction. Even worse, Gary will try to play "nice guy" and blame you, the customer, for his ineptitude. He will claim to be "doing his best" and "on your side" while actually doing nothing for you. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
