        How is it that the Hair Cuttery closes at 6pm and I walk in there at 5:00 and they tell me that they are not gonna take anymore walk-ins and that they are waiting for their last appointment, whom they are giving 2 more minutes to show up? Uh what?? Yall close in an hour and I even told their head stylist Brandy that my haircut would only take about 10 minutes because I dont need the shampoo and all that jazz. I have never been somewhere to get my haircut be denied service with an hour until they are closed. Mind you also no other customers were in the store except their last walk-in standing at the counter with Brandy and another stylist. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They need to be retrained!!

        Lakisha is a god send! She got rid of my grays and made my hair look and feel amazing. I highly recommend the color packages. They are fairly priced and the color is fantastic. I also highly recommend the tea tree scalp treatment. That treatment brought my hair back to life and is so soft and shiny. The rest of the staff was top notch. Very kind, funny, and you can really tell they all care and are a team. I will be back for more of your amazing services and will tell everyone about this establishment.
