        I have heard from several neighbors that they are excellent. They must be because as of this writing they are not accepting new clients. I do know they service my neighbors 32 year old unit & it runs beautifully.

        Our AC unit was damaged by a tree during hurricane Ian. After 4 1/2 months waiting for insurance approval, Flair technicians installed AC and furnace in 1 day! Thanks you, Dale Story for working with me to the end! I am grateful!

        I called to set up a simple check up on our system which is running fine. I have never used Flair before. The woman tried to sell me a service contract and asked for my credit card number. I told her that all i wanted was someone to come in an check out the system and I would pay by check. Finally after threatening to hang up she relented and i set up an appointment for two weeks from today. I will report on the actual service later.
