    Room was nice but the staff was not great at all. When dropping an item to family on another floor going into the elevator no problem but coming back into the elevator there was urine on the floor and only a man came out. We told the front desk she shrugged and said okay. Going back to the room the entire hallway had a horrible fish smell and also during the night you could here everything must be VERY thin walls. We immediately packed our bags and ended our stay telling the front desk why she said the urine was from a dog we told her no it was human and again shrugged as if it seems to happen often, never again.

    Amazing hotel!!! Front desk was so welcoming easy check in. Hotel is very nice and clean. Location is a plus with many stores and restaurants to choose from. Rooms have a nice kitchenette if you prefer to cook. Will definitely stay here again.

    New hotel, everyone was very nice coming in, our room had a full kitchenette area but, in our room we found a dead roach in the microwave and saw a live one, one of the tables were greasy, where someone might have eaten previously. No carpet, so lots of noise from other rooms. My son had to throw his own garbage out, far from the hotel, at the end of the parking lot when it was ready to rain. We were charged a deposit of $50 Wifi is not free but, Expedia said that it was. I was charged $6.99

    Fantastic hotel! Stayed over bike week and while it was very busy the staff did a great job with making sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for next years bike week!
