Pierpoint Apartments

I have lived in houses most of my life and Ill have to say that living at Pierpoint Apartments has been a pleasure. The apartments are spacious and include walk in closets, a very nice foyer, large windows with blinds and a charming screened patio. It is quiet and peaceful here. The residents are friendly and helpful and the staff is the best. I am also impressed with the maintenance team. They come very quickly and fix any issues I have to my satisfaction. Trash is picked up five days a week at my front door. The location of the complex could not be better with the beach just down the street. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool, clubhouse, gym, mailboxes, lake and covered BBQ area are the best with parking right out in front. Im very happy here at Pierpoint Apartment homes!

Peirpoint Apartments is a great place to live. I have actually lived here for 14 years the staff is always been very kind and if you ever have a problem they are on it very quickly! Has a great gym and pool. And it is always very quiet around here no one causing trouble I recommend pierpoint Apartments very much

If youre coming to Palmer is the most close to the University, youre not need a car.

Overall enjoy living here, its quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and the neighbors are friendly. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I do like how the apartment complex is close to the schools, shopping centers are nearby. Its a good location. Maintenance is usually pretty quick to show up and fix the issues. Although, when originally moving in a had a few issues with maintenance, they seem to have gotten better overall and are friendly and helpful. My reason for 4/5 starts is I do think the rent is a little too pricey for what is offered. I understand rent all around is expensive but as a college student its very hard to afford nearly 1800 a month for a 1 bed apartment. But its a great first start for an apartment!
