Castle Air Conditioning Heating

My AC broke down so I called for a new HVAC quote and the Castle price was much more competitive than my other quotes that I received. Gloria communicated with me and even got my install setup on a Friday before a very warm weekend. Rudy and his two technicians Alex and Daniel did an excellent job with the installation. We could not be any happier with their communication and workmanship.

Scheduled AC service and it was rescheduled two times due to other emergencies/breakdowns, which I understand. However, they did not show or call to rescheduled the final scheduled day/time, just a no show. I called several times leaving message with no return call. Today they finally answered, but I decided I need to find a more professional service provider.

I called because my new HVAC system wasn't cooling. I got a friendly return call after several tries. It was partly my not cleaning drain properly and an old cb outside. We had another breaker and Rudy showed me several tricks to this newer system that the old ones didn't have. Total time spent was 20 min and no charge. I was also informed that they don't do service plan but encouraged me to call them next April for that. Fast. Efficient. Always curtious..

Gloria and Rudy are awesome as always. Were able to get us a great deal and fast install. Both ACs and air handlers were replaced under 5 hours. Highly recommend!
