Justin Poe and crew just finished installing impact doors (2 pair of French doors and one single door) to replace the old doors that were victims of Hurricane Ian. From point of purchase/order to the finished installation GJC was excellent. They kept me informed of the order status and installation date. Got windows installed last year on a rental property in Venice. I wasnt able to actually see them till my tenants lease was up and upon my inspection of the hurricane proof windows that were installed I had minor concerns. Grace was awesome she assisted me was polite and super responsive as my tenants had broke a latch on my new windows and they came a couple days after to fix. The technicians Sal and Justin were very respectful and Sal was super knowledgeable in the issues I had and with a simple solution it was resolved and my latch was fixed. I am very pleased with the customer service I received and the windows that were installed.

This people are amazing. Highly recommended. I bought my house 3 years ago, already with GJC windows. After the hurricane one door and a window lost the seal. I called thinking that they could still be under warranty and results the glass seal have life warranty with GJC. Pretty soon for custom made windows they were here with the replacement. Justin and partner were very gentle bringing the heavy door in and smoothly exchanged the parts. So glad! Thank you GJC

Best decision was choosing GCJ for our beautiful new PGT double impact, argon low-E windows! It was totally worth the 6 month wait! Derek was great to work with initially to make the order and set everything up. He even helped us add a new Larson storm door to our window order a month later. Fast forward to install day after having set up a time with the lovely scheduling ladies. Justin (the lead) showed up with his crew on time and ready to work. They all introduced themselves (Dale, Rhett, Andrew, and Shawn) and were highly professional and got straight to work. The guys worked very hard tearing out our 18 year old, original windows and got it done rather quickly. Even as it started to rain they made sure to tent the opening as to not allow rain to come inside the house. After only a few hours they had finished installing the heavy duty PGT windows! They turned out so nice and look great! It was even Justins birthday and the crew helped make it a great day! The following week or two, Zach and Dominic showed up to install the Larson storm door. They encountered a bit of a setback with the stucco around our door and made it work with some manual labor and great thinking skills. Mark showed up the next day or so to put the final finishing touches on the door and accessories. Mark also installed the little, white screw hole covers for the window frames. These guys were super cool as well, just like the window guys! I cant thank GJC and their amazing crew enough! The windows and storm door are AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE OVER ANY OTHER COMPANY!

I have had the pleasure of having one of the most professional, courteous and user friendly crews i have ever had working on my home! They came on time, went right to work, and i could tell right away they really enjoyed what they were doing. Talking, planning each phase of our entire house windows replacement, and carrying it out as a team and each skilled at all that he did. My hat is off to Zack, Mack, and Joe for all they, remove, replace and clean every window they installed and cleaned up the very little debris they created and cleaned the windows inside and out!
