        Had an appointment made for 10Am on Saturday the 30th. Got several text messages reminding us of the upcoming appointment. Got there and was told we didnt have an appointment. The receptionist said it was because their system is working right and was very rude, we had to reschedule for next weekend and asked her to write down the appointment, who it was with and her name, she gave me a card with the name Dan. We will honor this next appointment but will do our taxes elsewhere from here on out.
