Corrine at Superior Pools was very helpful in getting us replacement tiles for our pool. She went out of her way to help locate the tiles, and we really appreciate the extra service. We will definitely contact Superior Pools for our future pool projects.

Superior Pools installed our pool in 2021 and we love it! Without exception, everyone we have dealt with, from sales to service, has been professional, courteous and responsive. Their team has gone above and beyond addressing any concerns or needs. Highly recommend this company!

Absolutely exceptional experience with Superior Pools from the moment we reached out. Kate (the receptionist) and Kristin (the designer) exude kindness, expertise, and genuine passion for their craft. They attentively addressed all our inquiries with helpful information and promptly resolved any concerns, demonstrating a commitment to excellence. This was very reassuring and honestly, made my day. Reflecting on a decision to engage another company for pool remodeling(which has been stressful), we deeply regret not choosing Superior Pools. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly endorse them. Save yourself the hassle and entrust your pool project to Superior Pools, knowing they'll exceed your expectations.

It seems that the joke is on us! We spent 115K on a pool that doesnt seem to work when it is cold, when we go out of town, or have company. The first time it was a faulty connection that shorted out, arced, and could have caused a fire! Thankfully I caught it and called! This time, a couple of weeks later , it is now popping its breaker. No warning, it just pops. Ironically, it seems that every time this stuff seems to happen is when Superior Pools is closed. Yes we had issues during the install. Mostly with an office manager who thought she was dealing with an employee. That is how she came across. It didnt go well. She didnt like the fact that I went to social media. God forbid if you say something negative about them especially to social media. They will reach out from every angle to get you to remove your negative review! Yet the problem continues. You sold it, stand behind your product! This is getting old for a brand new pool. Ironically since this post our service has not showed up. Even though it was part of the contract, for a year. Now they are not following threw on their contracted pool service. This company sucks! Do not use these people. They will over charge you, say they will stand by their product, and services, and will do neither. Or hire them and find out for yourself. Integrity is not their strong suit, in any part of their business. It starts at its core, and obviously flows down hill.
