        This place is awesome; friendly, outstanding service. Was there 9 am and greeted with a smile. (Unlike my last experience at a UPS store) I will always use this facility in the future for all my shipping needs.

        The second time I went there and they were not able to handle what they advertised doing. Went to the post office afterwards and it was handled properly. Just took longer and more travel.

      Adrian,I am very sorry to hear we were unable to help you. We prefer to help every one, every single time they come into the store.Can you please call me directly and let me know what it is you were trying to do? If we are advertising that we can do something that we can't do, then I have to change our advertising. And if it is a case of the person waiting on you not knowing how to do what you needed doing, then we have to double down on our training.You'd really be helping us and, more importantly, you'd be helping other people that are trying to do what you were doing, if you would call me and tell me which store you were at and what task you were trying to get done.If you do call me, I promise to either change our advertising so that others are not also mislead or I will spend some time training the folks that need to learn how to do the task you asked of them.
