This resort is truly one with nature, to the extent that pigeons regularly fly through my room. This is a para-gliders dream stay, because you can get a great start about 10 stories up as there's no windows. Room service is lacking and it's always some dude wearing a hard hat with stickers all over it, but I came for the paragliding anyways. A+

Suffolk Construction is not cutting corners, & theirs plenty of skilled laborers in this project! Give it a chance once it's finished! It'll be a beautiful place to spend your time... Location : 5/5 More

Best of luck to the Grand Opening of the resort. I see a lot of negative comments before even opening and I dont understand why.

Every bad review does NOT get added to total stars. It will stay at a high rating, despite bad reviews. Oh, and good reviews are bots, since it has not even opened yet. This place is run by the biggest rip-off artists around. I absolutely hope it fails, and hope the people who approved this are ashamed. This place has been under construction for five years. No one in town wants this. They don't care. If it is anything like its parent company, Allegiant airlines (where the seats are even smaller than most, there are NO free drinks or food, the arm rests and tray tables are non-existent, etc), then good luck. By the way, it is on a busy street at the ugliest part of the harbor. No beach, no quaintness. This is NOT what you think. Walkability: The traffic here is unbearable, and the place isn't even open yet.
