My husband and I first met Cynthia in 2004 when we were residents of Indiana but looking for a home that we would be able to retire to in the future in the Port Charlotte area. Cynthia and her husband Joe worked tirelessly with us in the time we had to visit and look at homes. They found us a keeper but then life changes intervened. We ended up moving to the Orlando area for work but we never forgot our preference for living in SW Florida. 13 years later we were retired and ready to make that change.
