Charlotte Plumbing responded to a warranty call on a hot water heater. They were very quick to respond. Scheduled within a reasonable time line, showed up on time and prepared with the necessary equipment to carry out the repairs. The plumbers that were on site were very nice and went above and beyond in remediating the issues they found. We had a great experience with Charlotte Plumbing. They did quality work, they showed up when they said they would, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The office is very organized and easy to get a hold of. Our project required two separate visits and we got a phone call confirming each one ahead of time. The final bill was exactly what they said it would be in the estimate. We had three estimates and went with Charlotte Plumbing because they had the lowest price. It's not very often you get such good service and quality work from the company with the lowest price. Thank you Charlotte Plumbing!

Both our neighbor and we had identical Whirlpool water softeners installed yesterday. Both plumbers showed up at the same time. Our plumber used PVC pipe. The neighbors plumber used copper pipe. Our plumber had everything working in 3 hours. After 4 hours our neighbors plumber finished for the day, when he found a leaking, poorly sweated pipe connection. Today he returned and after re-sweating the fitting, to stop the leak, declared the unit was defective. He didnt know there was a 90 min startup cycle. Our neighbor is quite frustrated. Based on our experience, Charlotte plumbing gets it right 1/2 the time. We wont be recommending them to anyone in the future.
