Being a Realtor gives me access to many mortgage brokers and lenders... I've worked with many in this industry, however Katrina Moyer at Mortgages and More, LLC, made the process for my first time homebuyer so smooth and easy that even I was impressed, which is definitely hard to do!! Katrina kept me involved as much as possible since my buyers situation was pretty complex. Unfortunately they had been turned down by 3 other lenders before seeking my help as their Realtor, and that's when I sent them directly to Mortgages and More! Katrina is top notch, doesn't take no for an answer, is professional, so kind and helpful that you feel like family! She definitely will answer your call or texts well after normal business hours! Everything about Mortgages & More, LLC seemed like it was made to make my life a little easier. Katrina did an excellent job and always made sure we knew everything that was going on with our mortgage application. I've never had a better experience with getting a refi than with Katrina and I can't recommend her enough! Whether you buying a house or refinancing it go with Mortgages & More, there's no better in the industry!
