I met Traci on line when I lived in Tennessee and saw a duplex she had listed. I didnt get that one but she, and her partners, have sold me two houses, two duplexes and sold one house for me in three years. Im looking for another house to buy and another duplex to sell and I wouldnt think of using anybody but Traci to help me. We were searching for our first home ever in Lakewood Ranch and Traci and Dan did an outstanding job in helping us find it. We were initially clueless about homes as well as the homebuying process with this being our first home but now thanks to Traci and Dan we feel like professionals. Traci and Dan must have showed us at least fifty houses before we finally decided on one. They were kind, professional and easy to get along with. They are just good people. They were extremely patient with us and were quite knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying process. They were able to answer every question we had no matter the time of day. They never made us feel rushed or like we were taking too much of their time. They never once pressured us to buy just so they could make a sale. They even helped us watch our children to help us focus on details of the properties. They also helped us negotiate a substantial closing cost credit!!!
