        These folks dropped the ball during the INSURANCE CRISIS, repeatedly, citing being stressed out, overwhelmed, frustrated... I had 9 phone messages ignored after my paid-in-full policy was dumped with less than 11 days notice (30 days?)... Now, after Ian, and being very lucky to boot, a policy seems ludicrous, even unnecessary... Any 'decent' policy is now 3 Xs my former insurance cost. The industry is riddled with fraud and incompetence, which, IMHO, is now a huge joke...
