We would have never stayed here if we were told its under construction. Cement floors make for loud noise in the hallways, garbage bags over our windows, no curtains, painters tape still on the trim of the walls, old paint still visible, elevators that sometimes work, and the food was awful. Breakfast offered waffles but they didnt have any batter for two days. The omelettes were gross. For the money we paid we expect better then this. We should have been notified that the hotel was under construction. Definitely will never come back. Rooms: Below par.

As my stay draws to a close I can only feel excitement at the thought of leaving this dump. This is a $85 a night hotel that charges over $200 a night. Pros- Fridge works AC works Cons- Not hot water on the 3rd floor No carpet in hallways No maid service for fresh towels/bedding Loose bathroom fittings that leaked Poor parking options Trash bags as curtains with failing tape holding them up Phone not only disconnected from the wall but missing the cord entirely Breakfast was gone by 8:30 Good luck

March 25, 2023 we booked a room to stay until March 27, 2023. We arrived at 1pm on March 25th and were told no rooms were ready for early check in. The front desk lady was very rude about telling us this instead of politely letting us know we couldn't check in early. We wasted 2 hours around town and came back at 3pm to check in. Upon checking in, we notice that the front desk is in disarray and looks very unorganized. We get our room key and go towards the elevator and notice the hallways surrounding the elevator are being worked on and it is a cement floor with drywall dust and exposed wiring. We hope that our hotel room floor looks nicer than this. We take the elevator to our floor and immediately I am in shock. There are sheets of drywall just laying against the walls throughout the hallway. Exposed wires. Drywall dust all on the floor. Cement floors. We then enter our room and it looks okay, EXCEPT for the giant black tarp/plastic sheet that is taped to our window with blue painter's tape. I pulled back the sheet to look outside, and in the window sill, there is a ton of dust and debris that they didn't even bother to clean before our stay. The floor is a fake hardwood/vinyl and it was COVERED with drywall dust. Our socks were covered with white dust when we took our shoes off. We go down and tell the front desk staff that we do not feel comfortable sleeping in an active construction zone that is dirty without window blinds/curtains, and she says none of the rooms have blinds or curtains. So we say we want a refund. We have to fight to get our refund since we booked through a 3rd party app, so we waste time in the room for about an hour until we hear from the 3rd party site that we can check out and get a refund. This hotel may have been nice at one time, but as of March 2023, they should not be open and renting out rooms if they are still an active construction site without even window blinds or curtains.
