The team at Harbour Health Center are highly competent, compassionate, and dedicated to dignity. My love one has been at the campus for over a month, and is doing better emotionally because they feel the dedication to healthcare. We have been to a few skilled nursing facilities and they all fell short on the basic care. This team works collaboratively for the physical and emotional well being. Quality care in the evenings and weekends, where every other facility fell short. Proactive infection control and nursing. My loved one is highly Compromised and the team doesnt miss a beat in keeping her healthy to her ability. You will not find a better skilled nursing facility in Charlotte County period.

What a horrible place this is! You may want to think again before you choose this place for care. The nightmare for my cousin began in the admissions office where we were promised the best of care in area. It ended as you would not expect it to. The place is filthy, under staffed and poorly managed. Visiting at night, with what staff were there, were found sleeping. No staff at night to care for the vulnerable people. There may have been one or two staff that had compassion but thats about it! Think twice!

This place is terrible when I was therethey just waiting to let you die. I wont even let the dog be in there. Its just terrible. The nurse on duty refused on Sunday to let me go to the hospital. By the way, you dont have any rights whatever you say, they just say in there and lie to you Please dont send your love ones there it is just terrible. God bless yall.

First of all this place says they are a nursing home until you go visit and they tell you that they have no rooms for long term care/Medicaid because they are eliminating them Why cant they tell you this info when you call so you dont waste time money gas?
