After interviewing and searching for contractors to build our home we chose Suncoast Builders. Their patients with our decision making and adding in our own special pieces, doors and personal touches. Teresa was great at communicating, returning calls and emails. Guidelines were set out and made known for our expectations and their expectations from us from the beginning. Between setbacks from covid and Hurrican Ian we were happy with our timeliness. This group is confident, faithful and diligent to be all we needed them to be.

We have been looking at new homes in SWFL for a year. Although we did not select SunCoast Builders, we definitely want to thank Teresa for her professionalism and quick response. We really did like this home. Great value and we loved the covered front porch!

We had Suncoast Builders Group construct our home during the very difficult times of limited supplies of construction materials. Even with this issue the office manager, Theresa, always listened patiently and eventually got things done to our satisfaction.

Living in New Jersey and looking for a builder to build a three bedroom two bathroom house in Florida, I hired Suncoast Builders Group. I spoke with Teresa and effortlessly found a floor plan. She informed me that Joe has a background and experience in commercial concrete and will be building the house I chose. Suncoast Builders Group uses Builder Trend, an app that Teresa updated with pictures and information so I could see how the project was progressing.
