Janet and Craig have been wonderful to work with. We arrived 1 hour early at our rental in the gated community of Riverwood in Port Charlotte, Florida. Janet and Craig were there doing their final inspection and welcomed my wife and myself. The house we rented was nicely cleaned upon our arrival. We did not incur any issues during our February - March 2023 rental period. My wife, myself and our children and grandchildren, who were there for 2 weeks, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend Riverwood Rentals and especially Janet and Craig who have taken care of our needs in an expeditious and professional manner.

Janet and the entire team at Riverwood were kind, professional, and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay in Biscayne Landing. It was a wonderful escape from winter in Michigan!

From S. Mazloumian I wanted to see you both to say thank you for all your help over the past couple of years, especially after the hurricane. In my frustration at my remoteness, I was not mindful of the problems others, including yourselves were having. In reality, my problems were minor compared to most. you were always professional and, in my opinion, went beyond what was required. I can honestly say that in my 22 years of renting my property, many of the people managing the rentals, have left a lot to be desired. You did not. Many thanks and best wishes.
