You do not get what you order !! I ordered $100 bouquet as a sympathy gift and they received what looks like a $10 gas station bouquet, beyond upset and embarrassed do not order from them !!

This was a 1800flowers phone order not local store Placed a same day order and recipient never received. When I called, order was not found but my account was charge. Then I was told it would be delivered same day and never was. It was a special occasion so redelivery was useless. Terrible & irresponsible. It has happened 2x's with this business always have to chase my orders.

I ordered roses last week to be delivered to my fiance at her the next Wednesday they did not arrive. They were delivered the next day, several were dead. They sent out a replacement to be delivered on Friday the replacement roses never arrived. FedEx said they would deliver them on Monday! Roses in a box for 3 days are going to be delivered to my fiance! What a joke.

Ordered flowers to on October 4th to be delivered October 13th. They never showed up. Offered to re deliver a week later. Still never showed up. It has now been a month and they never delivered the flowers and refuse to give me my money back. Except a $15 1800-flowers credit. Customer service is horrible.
