Nathan Dougherty was a good communicator as to the process and comparatively more than fair with his fee. All went as told it would and we are grateful. Not to detract from Mr. Dougherty, but the star of the show was his assistant Januari Carter. Always positive, reassuring, and knowledgeable. She could always make the unfamiliar understandable, Thank you. Aside from the obvious difficult circumstances, Nathan and Januari made the experience relatively painless. DBH
