Charlotte County Trash Pickup

Been trying to set up service for my new house for over a month new. Still no trash cans or any kind of communication from them. Missed work a few times to go their office to get no answers

As if we have another option for trash pick up!? The worst service.

Monday is our regular garbage pickup day and for 2 weeks in a row the truck has not totaled emptied the bin. It's not packed tightly so it should drop in easily into the truck. We are trying to make as little garbage as possible. Her suggestion was to wait for our next pickup day again or drive to the Zemell Rd. facility in Punta Gorda 37 miles one-way to dump it ourselves.

WHEN is the debris being cleaned up off the front lawns??? Also when will vacated unsafe and hazardous properties be dealt with by the city to prevent further damage or safety concerns???

Own/Lived here 12yrs and we had a few problems but now the recycling drivers lie and say they picked up Wednes but they never came. Gonna have cameras soon. The entire block had no recycling pick up also noticed side streets off Aaron and a lot recycling still there also. I called daily to say they never came today management calls and say they are short drivers. Well they stink thats why. Great job workers NOT a complaint to the town on Monday as they charge us in our property taxes so you cant get credit
