What can I say about bankruptcy?! It's a last resort, a very difficult decision, lengthy, and all consuming for a person with extreme anxiety. We had a couple of hurdles. First, our land that had been in my family for over 100 years, between multiple small properties, was written into two convoluted trusts. And second, our medical needs had been largely unaddressed due to a lack of funds. As a cancer survivor with a multitude of health issues and a husband at an age where screenings and treatment are essential, James helped us accomplish this. We did file due to repeated covid illnesses, past medical debt, and covid furlough draining our finances and of course would never condone reckless spending! When in need of representation James will go to bat for you. He encouraged us to write a letter explaining our specific circumstances which, in our opinion, made a monumental difference in effectively communicating our needs with the court appointed trustee. Bankruptcy is not for the faint of heart, but James will see you through. God willing, it won't be us, but anyone in need of such service will adamantly be referred to James.
