Been here 24 hours have killed over 50 roaches , took pictures videos and presented it to the staff , says Ill have to wait till Monday or Tuesday when the pest control comes. Really I cant believe Im supposed to live in this filth .

Abi has been nothing short a miracle with dealing with any and all maintenance requests. A pleasure to work with. Always attentive and expertly handles any request. To have a maintenance supervisor of this caliber is truly an asset for any property.

Moved in Aug2022.Then Ian came.Relocated in Nov 2022 til Feb2023.Moved back in.Office staff has come and gone but the one consistant thing has been Abi in maintenance.Pleasant and attentive to any and all maintence requests.Is the complex perfect surely not but overall have been satisfied.Abi in maintenance makes life here easier his attentiveness and pleasant attitude is truly unmatched.Abi is a true asset.

Ever since new management took over this place is on a downward spiral. The new office staff will tell you one thing and then weeks later they forget what they tell you and cant backup or remember what they said before. This complex is very overpriced for what they offer. Considering there is 2 complexes surrounding them that are $600 less for same amount of bed rooms and square footage. Wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to live here.

I love my 1bd 1ba 2nd floor lake/pond view/ dog friendly place Until .....I watch Alligators cruising the Shoreline? I'm leaving!
