        Once again, we found Daysi to be organized, prepared, professional, warm and kind. In and out in 1 hour and 10 minutes, and our not-so-east taxes were DONE. We had a one hour slot but were not at all rushed. She explained each detail thoroughly and we learned a lot along the way, too.
