Wendy, I am so sorry for any inconvenience you were caused. The (9 am - 12 pm) open house on Saturday (4/23) was cancelled late Friday afternoon after Pat Politi at the Ocean Grande association told me that - morning open houses were NOT allowed (for the protectio and enjoyment of Ocean Grande residents). I was only following your association's rules. Yes - your association! The neighbors told me that you live in the neighborhood. So if you are just being a nosey neighbor or possibly have someone that you think might like the condo please call me I'm happy to show it to you and am always just a phone call away. I have held it open the last two Sundays. I feel that your one star review is very hurtful and hateful especially since I was just following the association's rules. You don't know me, how hard I work, or even the service I provide my customers.
