Heather and Danielle are the most professional real estate agents I have ever worked with. We had a second home in Jacksonville Fl. that we wanted to sell. Our primary home is fourteen hours away. It was very important that we had an agent that was responsive and could handle any issues that came up during the selling process. Heather and Danielle were the perfect agents for us. They hand all the contacts to handle every buyers repair request including repairs due to tornado damage. They provided expert advice during a very slow real estate market and helped us with the remote closing process. They were always available and quick to respond. Both Heather and Danielle utilized their top-notch experience from beginning to end and beyond to help me find and purchase my new home. They were amazing and worked tirelessly to ensure that I stayed as stress free as possible while selling my home in another state as I was purchasing my new home in Florida. They guided me all along the way and communicated with the various agents for both sales to make sure all the "t's" were crossed and "i's" were dotted. Heather was fantastic. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond driving all over the map to help me find the perfect home. When Heather wasn't available, Danielle stepped in and showed us around too. Heather not only helped me, but also my parents and my sister. Highly recommend!
