During the second wave of Americas industrial revolution Fredrick Shields had a vision to create a construction company that was equal parts passion and integrity. Our founder saw an opportunity to create a full service construction company to ensure an even higher level of quality and delivery that Ferber could proudly stand behind.Our long-standing history and portfolio of commercial real estate projects for nationally celebrated companies expands from the Southeast to New York Metro Markets. Ferbers ability to navigate the ups and downs of economic peaks is the result of more than a century of adaptability, tenacity and visionary leadership. As a privately held real estate and investment company since 1965, we have expanded from our humble beginnings in New Jersey to headquarters in Singer Island, Florida, and with offices in St. Petersburg and Ponte Vedra Beach.Our experience provides extensive knowledge and enduring relationships in the communities where we live and work.
