The Lisa Barton Team Ponte Vedra is awesome! They went above and beyond to help my daughter and son-in-law find their perfect first home! The teams experience and knowledge allowed them to find a house that was not listed on the MLS so they were able to beat the crowds and purchase before it officially hit the market. They were able to buy in their target, dream neighborhood and close quickly all while living out-of-state. The best news, the purchase price was thousands below the appraised value! Win, Win, Win!
