I found Crystal through her outstanding reviews online. My wife and I were looking for a retirement house in a Dell Webb community in Florida, beginning our search in Nocatee. Crystal spent 19 months with us, from the initial search to post-closing. After seeing communities and resale homes, we decided to build in Del Webb Nocatee, while living 5,000 miles and 6 time zones away. We relied on Crystal as she guided and helped us through every step of the process: home style selection, lot selection, price negotiations, upgrade selection, design, construction monitoring, closing, watching our house post-closing, and easing our transition to Florida. She is smart, knowledgeable and experienced, and I trusted her judgment. I especially respected that whenever she disagreed with us, she let us know it, although it did not happen often. I highly recommend Crystal.

We enjoyed working with Crystal for our new home which we closed 11/2023. She guided us through the process of considering existing homes, new builds, and spec homes, and we are extremely happy with her assistance. We purchased a spec home through Lennar, and she helped us secure a great deal, negotiated with strength, and with various complex mathematical solutions. She is tough, professional, informative, and goes the extra mile with all aspects of buying a home to make sure that we were communicated with, informed, new house was inspected/ remedied, and present or connected to all aspects including communications, walkthroughs and meetings. I could not say enough good things about her. I have worked with many realtors over my lifetime and she is one of the best.

We are very happy we chose to work with Crystal for the sale of our home. Crystal excels in all the criteria for an effective and reliable real estate agent. She is very experienced with real estate in this area, she has a network of great professionals that you will need (photographers, stagers, etc.) for the process, and she knows the steps that are needed to efficiently market and sell a home using what works best nowadays. She provided confidence during what was a stressful time for us. She explained contracts and paperwork in an orderly, understandable way. She always gave honest advice, which helped us to make important decisions. We strongly recommend her.
