Advanced Disposal

Three weeks of no service. Have contacted the local manager, Kim Petts, numerous times and no resolution at all. Kim is definitely not management material by any means. It took a year for her to finally correct incorrect billing on my account. Pathetic that I now have to drive to HDQ Ponte Vedra for a resolution. Please fire Kim Petts and replace her with someone who actually has management/customer service skills.

Why do they have to Throw your cans around and break them its not like their going to replace them and why can't they stand them back up with the lids back on them and closed like they are when the dump them instead of open to get rain in them a little consideration would be good especially for the Elderly & Disabled

Absolute a bad business! They always miss to pick up dumpster every couple months, they frequently increase you bill although there is a contract. When you want to stop their service as they break the contract by increasing the fee, they ignore you, they never remove their dumpster by your request. When you allow them to put their dumpster on your site, it will never gone. And it is very very difficult to make the phone call go through......... Service: Junk removal

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with and continuously missed picking up trash on time! For example, trash pickup is scheduled for Monday. The company missed a Monday pickup leaving my trash out in the blazing FL sun for 2 weeks (5/11/21 - 5/25/21). This caused the nastiest, raunchy smell that just took your breath away (you could smell it from the road up to the house). To make matters worse the trash can was full of maggots. After that I requested the trash can be swapped out. One customer service lady told me I could clean my own trash can out or get charged for a swap out fee, you want to talk about being infuriated!!!! I made call after call after call, day after day after day and you know what Advanced Disposal did - canceled my residential account without my permission. I would rate Advanced Disposal as NEGATIVE INFINITY!!!!!
