        since equity lifestyle properties purchased Inlet harbor a few months back (a loggerhead marina) things have gone downhill quickly. next to no maintenance to the property and equipment (slips,fuel system etc). current no manager on property. Major rate increase and was told by the office the money is needed to fix things. After researching equity lifestyles and seeing all the complaints about their properties looks like a rough ride ahead. do your research before staying or renting any of their properties, home, rv park or marina. Was charged 3 times for my monthly slip this month. Still working on getting it refunded it all has to go thru corp office in Chicago. i have seen a lot of changes I have been there since 2006 and this has been the worst!!!!! And for those that don't know the Off The Hook restaurant at the marina is totally separate from the marina and ownership is not associated with the marina.

        The staff is not very eager to help if you're not a dock or rack renter. Big negative change in customer service attitude with the change in ownership!

      Inlet Harbor Marina is a full service marina offering both wet and dry slips with close proximity to Ponce Inlet. ​Accommodations include concrete floating docks, vertical lifts up to 27,000 lbs., dry storage slips up to 25,000 lbs., ethanol-free gas, diesel, ice, 30/50/100 amp shorepower, and an on-site waterfront restaurant.We are located 1 mile north of Ponce Inlet on the north cut, and ½ mile east of the ICW at Statute Mile 839.5, just a short boat ride away from the famous “Disappearing Island” of Ponce Inlet.
