Lighthouse Ice Cream & Snacks

The icream was excellent and home made!. Sad part was the young man taking orders messed up my order. The employees in back filled the order by what he put in not by what I said. Lucky for me the employees in back rectifed the error and were very nice and considerate and happy to ma ke things right. I will definitely be back again

My wife and I got the Brownie extreme and my son got a chocolate shake, both were all milk and little ice cream. Hands down the worst ice cream weve ever had. Was not worth the money we paid.

The young man that was working between 5:30 & 6 on Feb 18, 2023 was in far over his head. And sadly he was working alone. There were only 2 cars in the lot, including ours, and we waited for well over 30 minutes for some very basic items for 3 people. The very expensive milk shake was pouring down the sides of the cup when he handed it to my wife. It was almost pure milk, like no ice cream had been added or it hadnt been mixed. I would have asked for our money back, but that would have only frustrated the young man further. This situation is on the owners for leaving an untrained employee alone. Thankfully it wasnt busy or hot. But it is definitely a tourist trap.
