The moving team of Cisco, Sidney and Carlos were wonderful to work with. They took excellent care of our things. They worked really hard on both ends. We really liked them. In fact, they ALMOST made up for the absolute lack of any kind of communication from the office and girls there. Any "financial email" (your bill) came through just fine, and regularly. How much are you moving? Itemize it for costs and supplies needed. Supplies equaled boxes only. Do it again..Then detailed itemization of your costs comes back. Revised a few times more before the move. No problem getting those!!!
Ours was 13K from WA state (Seattle) to SoCal. I was in shock!
One girl Karyana, who "was" supposed to be my move coordinator emailed me once to introduce herself and then nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nada.
You are given a "3 day window" for a move date!!??? Then a 2 week window on your delivery. Dead silence thereafter regarding any logistics.
I had no idea when a truck was showing up, either the date or time of arrival. They tell you 24 hours before, adding it to the top of your bill. It caused so much added stress to my move. Being an organized person it drove me absolutely crazy!
You are going by braille, to put it bluntly. I tried calling, you roll into voice-mail. You leave messages....no response. If you are lucky enough to find some one they say "that's not my job" you need to talk to "So n So". And guess what?
"So n So" never answers their extension!
Then the day the guys arrive to move us Karyana calls to ask about THEIR performance??? I said to her "NOW you decide to call me"??? She was dead silent. Great customer service.....not.
Oh, and by the way, I worked for Nordstrom for years so I kinda know how it should be done! ;>)
