I had the opportunity to work with Christian under two contracts, and both times he was very knowledgable of the process, and was very communicative. He took my queries very seriously and didnt fail to answer any of them. He helped me in both case negotiate the terms of my contract, and guided me very well! He helped me close on one of the contracts (the other failed but was outside his control). Nonetheless, I returned to him because he was serious and very professional. I highly recommend him to anyone seriously interested in entering the market as a home buyer.

Christian is the absolute best! He makes you feel warm and welcome. Treats you like family. He is always available for any questions and even helped out on his days off. Got our deal closed waaaaay sooner then we thought! We couldnt be more grateful to Christian. Truly the best. Not only did I gain a great realtor, I gained a friend! Thank you Christian! I would give 10 Stars if I could.

Working with Christian exceeded any of my expectations. He was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me also helped me to determine what would be a good fit for me . He even recommended a lending agent in the area, which we ended up using and greatly appreciated. Christian was willing to meet us late in the evening to view our condo and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. I highly recommend Christian
