The purchasing process was smooth and pleasant. We purchased a sectional with power recliner. We had to wait about a month to receive the recliner. Now, this is where the unpleasant part comes in. We had the recliner less than a week and it stopped working. We called and we're informed that it would be 2 to 3 weeks before anyone could come out and check it out. I can understand having to wait if we had a problem months or more into ownership but less than a week. Come on. Not happy. Update: The service rep just left after informing me that the problem was a bad motor. A new motor needs to be ordered, arriving in about 2 weeks, at which time I need to make another service appointment and wait another 2-3 weeks. This is unexceptionable for a product that was in my home less than a week before it stopped working. They should be delivering a replacement ASAP instead of putting me through this ordeal. This is not good customer service. Never again. Update 2: This is a little late but after posting update #1, I did hear from Rooms To Go. They were very apologetic and agreed that the recliner should have been replaced which it was. We had a new recliner in our home in about a week and have had no problems. Rooms To Go came through and it is greatly appreciated. I can't believe I am still writing about our Rooms to Go experience but the saga continues. We have had this sectional in our home for approximately 6 months and we are now dealing with power recliner number 3. Like those before it, it has stopped working and as before, it will be 2-3 weeks to get someone out to decide what's wrong, another 2-3 weeks to get the parts needed to fix it and finally 2-3 weeks to have someone to fix it. That's 6 weeks to fix something that should have been fixed months ago. They're customer service is adequate. They do what they need to do in an attempt satisfy the customer without taking a hit to the bottom line. In my case and after 3 recliners, they should be jumping through hoops to remedy the situation so they didn't have to deal with me again except to sell me something in the future which isn't going to happen. I would rather sit on the floor than buy something from them again.

What a great experience with had with our salesperson AMY, she was wonderful to work with, she was full of ideas, she went out of her way to try to get the best deals for us, she is overall one of the BEST if not the NEST at Rooms to go Pompano. Next time you are at the PompanoBeach Store do not forget to ask for AMY, you will not regret it!!
