The poor communication from Greg Harris and the lack of accountability of this lender was astonishing. I came to them from a referral and saw the great reviews but that was not my experience. The lender pre approved my loan with documents then changed my pre approval status the next week without reason. Managers then pushed blame on "scrubber" or document reviewer. The lender could not provide a resolution or answer as to why. Hard pass.

Shannon was amazing. I was in the middle of a refinance with another company for a solid 3 1/2 months. When I was getting the feeling of being jerked around by this company (will remain nameless) I gave Shannon a call. He instructed me to fill out the application online and to send him the basic info for a Refinance. After that it took the Legendary team 10 days to start and complete my refinance. Once I closed I told the other company to go pound sand as the Legendary Team of Shannon and Chad have a customer for life. I also will recommend them to anyone looking for a home loan. Shannon stayed in constant contact with me and walked me through everything that needed to be done. I couldn't ask for a better home loan team.
