For many a first-time buyer, the process of purchasing a home can be downright overwhelming. Initially, you might consider it to be as simple as finding the right property and making an offer. However, I can tell you from personal experience that this can be a lot harder than you'd expect. As a person with a disability, living on a limited income, my search was inherently more difficult than most. In cases such as mine, having the right help is crucial. Ryan Gebauer is the right help. Before Ryan got on board and helped me to successfully purchase a property, I had been looking for several months with no progress. Everything I could find in my price range was either already sold or in 55+ communities. Just when I had begun to lose hope, I was referred to Ryan. Mr. Gebauer immediately began to assess my needs, and shortly after started to come up with options that worked for me. Not only did Ryan find and accompany me to all of the properties, he also was there for me throughout every step of the buying process. If I ever had any procedural concerns or questions, I could rely on him to give me reliable answers. Mr. Gebauer gave me a sense of security his guidance played a critical role in my purchase.
