Costa Este Pompano Beach

Este lugar le pongo 0 estrellas, muy mal servicio pues hice una reserva para una semana de hospedaje y a la hora de la llegada no habia nadie para hacer el check in, me dejaron esperando hasta las 09pm y de la nada me cancelaron la reserva sin tener donde hospedarme. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO!

I booked this hotel via booking.com. I was pre charged the full amount two weeks prior to arrival. Subsequently i cancelled this booking within allowed free cancellation period. Three months later i am still waiting for my refund despite multiple calls and emails to the management office as well as booking.com customer service.

I DONT recommended.Never ever. Didnt get the code for the door. Nobody answered on any communication canal. Unprofessional

DO NOT GO THERE. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My parents and I booked a room there for one night, their last night in the U.S. but we were never able to access the room or even talk to someone. We arrive at 3pm to the establishment when booking was supposed to start at 2pm. The supposedly hand free checking would have been nice but we did not receive any apartment unit or entry code beforehand. When we arrive to the place, the office was closed and said they would be back at 7pm (they never were). We tried calling the number, emailing them and texting them and got no answer. It was impossible to leave a message on the phone for whatever reason. The apartment building looked empty with no one to contact; we were left stranded in a foreign city. As we booked through Booking.com we contacted them and they tried to contact the owners but were not able to. We were able to book a new room at another place (that we paid for ourselves) and never heard back from this Costa Este. We believe they might have overbooked their establishment and instead of contacting their customers, they decided to play radio silence. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you're willing to risk not getting any room and having to pay double last minute in another hotel.
