Ken has been the most professional , knowledgeable and experienced person Ive come in contact over the past few years. My hearing issues have been going on for a very long time and I finally decided to get hearing aids. I am just thrilled that I can finally hearing things I havent hear in over 20 years. If it was not for Ken I probably would have going on asking people to repeat what they were saying.
He deserves 10 stars
Thanks Ken for enriching my lifes daily routine I can hear it all now.

This is my 4th hearing advisor - way better than the previous advisors. Ken knows the technology and works with you to get the right solution at a reasonable cost - excellent experience and follow up service.

Long term patient. Hearing aid needed repair. Ken advised me it would cost $990.00 However it was under warranty and there is no charge if under warranty. When question as to the outrageous cost he had no answer. He was more interested in the sale. I previously discussed purchasing new aids this year.
