        If I could give this store Zero stars I would. Luis the sales associate is very RUDE & NASTY I reported this store to cooperate head quarters because of how unprofessional he was. I will never purchase from this location.

      Hi Charles, we appreciate your feedback. We do offer deep discounts on some of our floor models due to them either being discontinued or out of stock for a long period of time. We also have a backroom bargain area with as-is merchandise that you can get an extra 20% off of the markdown price. All of our current merchandise is available brand new in the pagaging at our advertised everyday low prices. I'm not sure what the situation was with your experience, but we're very sorry if this was not explained to you clearly by our sales staff.
