J & H Quality Dry Cleaners

This place is ridiculous. Brought in two jackets for dry cleaning. Asked how much. They had to call the owner. Was informed $150. What???!!! Crazy. Then they face timed the owner. Who was condescending and arrogant. I left the establishment. Brought to another facility In Deerfield. Only $30 for both. I don't know where this guys is betting his prices but do t go there. Tried to call again today and he answered. Kept asking me what company I was with. Tried telling him I was a customer a week ago. Would t listen to me. Stay away.

Brought a pair of pants for alterations and was charged $35 and brought the same pants back for the same alterations and was a different price. Its a hit and miss with this place your lucky if you come in and the person who does the alterations is there because if not the trips to the store can be annoying. I give three stars because there is so many steps to get a price for service. Every action they have to call owner at home. Time consuming Service: Alterations

This is absolutely the worse dry cleaner ever. The man there was so desperate for good ratings he literally took my phone to rate his business while I tried to explain I would do it later because I was in a hurry. I later took my husbands suit there a year ago to get cleaned. We never removed the plastic covering or tickets until now while getting ready for a banquet. The suite is Calvin Klein but the pants was swapped for another unknown brand of an old pants where writing on it are wearing off & illegible. I called & asked how long they hold unclaimed clothes for but only to be asked why... I explained & female manager was placed in the explaining after 30 days they are not responsible. If I can rate them a 0 I would.
