Store manager Dylan was very unprofessional and had the nastiest attitude for absolutely no reason. I was being polite on my issue, he was condescending and rude. Giving these young under 20Years old a little power, and they think they are the owners of the business. Definitely lacking training and professionalism for these young men. The Brazilian young man Kevin was polite at least but unfortunately he couldnt do anything but he at least tried to be polite and not treat cvs customers poorly. I bought a lot from this cvs since its by my house but I might need to change stores. He was super rude to the Hispanic customers that was in front of me as well.
