Every single person I came in contact with had a high standard of compassion and professionalism. I got there crying with anxiety and left there full of Joy! All I can say is WOW!!!!

I have had the best experience here . From the moment I walked in I have felt good and comfortable and heard . Dr Pham and her team Juliana and Karley are awesome i cannot express it enough ! I have high anxiety and the girls always put me at ease . I highly recommend this office .

Saw this dental office online and thought this office was a good fit to book for my cleaning since it seemed to be upkept well and is close to my residency. Instead, trying to book a cleaning was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Whoever is in charge of booking appointments tried to tell me that my copay was going to $140 lol how. I know my insurance plan and know that it does not require a copay for two dental cleanings a year. I tried to explain this to whoever I was speaking with and was responded to with a horrible attitude and was told it will be like that everywhere else It wasnt, I called multiple other dental offices in the area and was able to get a cleaning with no copay at Oceanside Gentle Dentistry and great customer service. Be careful of this place trying to get an extra $140 out of you and who knows what other fees. Very disappointing and unprofessional establishment.
