Our condo building roof needed to be replaced as we had multiple roof leaks. We checked out several contractors. All the roof contractors,  except Cool Roof were very generic, less attentive to our roof needs, and did not provide a specific plan for our roof. FYI,  Cool Roof stood out over the rest in several areas: responsive, great customer service by the company and also the owner of the business, explaining completely what needed to be done, and also gave us recommendations to solidify an existing water drainage challenge in several areas. A quote was given with a full explanation of the job, the process, and timeline. The quote was thorough at great price! The job started on time and was completed on time. From start to finish, the owner, Peter, and the foreman of the job, visited with us throughout the project to how things were progressing, and gave special attention areas that might present a challenge by providing extra material to ensure it would not be a problem at no additional cost.  The job came out beautifully!!! The foreman, George and the owner, Peter, visually reviewed, explained, and actually walked me through the roof work to ensure we were totally understood what was done and satisfied with the work. The crew from Cool Roof was very conscientious and did a nice job in cleaning up after their work was completed. We are very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend Cool Roof Foam & Coatings because of their quality of work, great product, and customer service from the owner and every team member!

Our office experienced some leaking after heavy rain some years ago. After looking at many options, and obtaining several quotes, we found Cool Roof to be a viable choice. They were somewhere along the middle ground in terms of costs, but what finally convinced us was the responsiveness of their staff, and the information/details given about this type of roofing material and service. They were prompt in scheduling, returning calls, and completing the job. We didn't experience any issues during the project. Since then, we have contacted them a few times (not many), and they have continued to remain responsive, responsible and reliable. We decided now, after quite some time, we should go ahead and give them the rating they deserve, based on their consistent performance, response and delivery. So far, so good.
