Literally the first week I moved in there was a rat in the kitchen which turned out to be part of a roof-rat infestation that they chose to ignore before renting the place out.
Over the last year they have provided no maintenance whatsoever.
The final straw was when my lease ended and they had to nerve to try and renew at a rate over 50% higher than the last years'.
There are a lot of terrible landlords in South Florida but Innovative Construction & Management Inc is really taking it to a new level.
