Atlántico at Palm Aire

Living in this complex so far has been nothing short of amazing, I moved in about 3 months ago. Iwona did the tour with me and Trish was able to help with the approval process. The apartments are well maintained, rules are enforced while still being laid back, neighbors are friendly, and the amenities are always clean and operating smoothly. Maintenance is very helpful and Im very glad I chose to live here over other places I toured in the Pompano area.

If you're young and establishing yourself they will profile you, take advantage of you, and take your money as well. They took almost my entire $500 deposit after I moved out with no explanation and Manager Trisha won't return my call. Despite making sure the apartment was always maintained and clean throughout my year of residing there they took $175 for a "stove top replacement" when I used it normally, cooking every so ofter...$45 for a vent cleaning fee?...another $100 because they claimed there was an odor. Aleisha had been rude on numerous different occasions during my time there so it was no surprise after she did the move out walk through that she put those charges on my deposit. Be careful

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Atlantico at Palm Aire, where the customer service was outstanding. Aleisha was incredibly approachable and genuinely interested in understanding my needs. Her approach was refreshing; she wasnt overly aggressive or sales-driven. It was clear she prioritized my interests, which made the whole experience enjoyable. I am excited about the prospect of making this community my new home.

I came to Atlantico at Palm Aire to do a tour from New York. I am considering a move to Florida in the near future. Upon arrival I met with Aleisha who was very knowledgeable and hospitable. She went through the community programs and building amenities available to tenants. We were able to tour the common use spaces and viewed an empty unit and the model. Everything was amazing. I would definitely consider a lease here once something becomes available.
