I went to this location to buy tea and checkout the teaware. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I think it was maybe a manager that helped me; he was very patient to answer all of my questions. It was quite busy but the 2 employees working multitasked well. I made the tea I bought when I got home and it smelled and tasted great. Very fresh and high quality, with all the dried fruits and different types of flowers visible in the mix.

I visited the store in 2014. It was a good experience. They have various varieties of tea, but I wish if, they could maintain the original flavour of Indian tea(chai) as available blends are nothing like that and not tasting good too.

Absolute worst customer service. Gone in several times to this location over the past year just a bunch of irresponsible teenagers working at this location and terrible management if any. They need to get it together because when people are paying $5.00 for a cup of tea and it comes out watered down with a side of attitude I can go elsewhere. Customer service 101 the customer is always right!!!!

.5 Star. I go to this store all the time. Was at the mall a few weeks ago, tried the tea they had for sample; unfortunately, I tried to get a second sample, my hands was grabbed by the sales clerk and was told only one sample. My wife and used to purchase tea from here. We have since quit, Tevana and Starbucks. We had no intention to stop buying because of one rude employee, but since I made a complain to the HQ, and no one had the courtesy of contacting me. We have decided to take our business elsewhere.
