NSPIRE Healthcare Plantation

This has been a journey with this facility for my moms care. It started out very rough and slow with help. As we continue on for several years now for the caring of our mother; the care, services for her has extremely improved with changing of staff and we also visit almost daily..so no room for hiccups!! The daily/weekly staff is excellent- the weekend staff needs improvements. The Vitas staff, Ms Janice has been excellent. Overall we have become very confident with the staff for caring of our mother.

Exceptional care and compassion define my experience with my mothers stay at Nspire Plantation Rehab Center. From the moment we arrived, the staff (especially Khisha Noel) , exhibited professionalism and warmth, making her feel like family. The facility is immaculate, fostering a healing environment conducive to recovery. The skilled nursing team demonstrated expertise and dedication, providing personalized care tailored to her needs. Her Physical Therapy sessions were effective and engaging, helping her regain independence and mobility. Moreover, the meals were thoughtfully prepared, catering to dietary preferences and restrictions. I highly recommend Nspire Plantation Nursing Rehab Center to anyone seeking top-notch rehabilitation services in a supportive and nurturing environment and so glad I didnt listen to the negative reviews.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. They completely mistreat there patients. They leave them to fend for themselves. No help at all. They don't come when called . They have no bed side manner . Stand around the nurses station chit chatting all day. Act like they are bothered when asked for help. They did not have medicine on time when it was needed for the patient and they are not a clean facility. I would recommend that you do not take your loved ones there.

My mother was at Nspire Plantation for several months. Overall we liked the facility. Management (Sam and his team) were very accessible and easy to speak with. Food I thought was very good. Physical therapy (Chaz and his team were excellent). Most of the RNs and CNAs were very good as well. Rooms/wallpaper/furniture could use some updating. As with any of these places, checking on your loved ones personally is very important. I would and very well may send my mother back again for long term care.

I have two parents who recently entered Nspire Plantation. The staff at Nspire, Plantation, has been so helpful through the entire admission process. I personally want to say how exceptional Khisha, the Admissions Director, and Roushell, the Director of Nursing have been. Khisha called me on a Saturday (how nice is that!) to ensure that my Mom would be moved as soon as possible to the facility. Not only that, she made sure that my Dad was also moved there and they are in the same room! What a comfort that was knowing that they would be together, especially not being separated after 60 years of marriage! Roushell, another amazing individual! I call her daily to ask questions about both of my parents. She is so helpful and kind. This facility really goes out of their way to do the best for their patients!
